Registrars: (1) Stationed at the registration table in the ballroom foyer from 5:45pm to 7:00pm to welcome guests, give out name tags and table assignments; and (2) Help us collect donation cards from guests in the ballroom at the end of the event (no worries, you will not be expected to ask guests for donations, just the donation cards that our guests have already filled out :).
Silent Auction/Online Donation Support Team: During the event, our guests will have the opportunity to bid on some exciting items, they will also be able to make gifts via our website, and they will be able to Text To Give using their own phones. Therefore, we are asking our Silent Auction/Donation Support Team members to do two really important tasks: (1) Assist Guests with the online bidding and giving process, if needed, during the event reception from 6pm-7pm (we will provide iPads); and (2) At the end of the event, help our guests make their donations and retrieve their auction items at the "Make Your Donation Here/ Auction Check-Out Station” that will be set up in the ballroom lobby (same place as the reception).
